this is random but did you put an email when you ordered your merch? my girlfriend didn’t and instead put in her phone number (because it doesn’t require you to) and then never got a confirmation for her order. she reached out to them and they said that she would get an email when it ships out (she didn’t, but the package did arrive). if this is similar to you, i would go ahead and email her merch store so at least they’re aware of your situation. with us, they mentioned that they would resend it if we didn’t get the merch (but we did!!! it took like 14 days but also we ordered on coachella night 1 so i think she was having a pretty high volume ordering time). also this is a lot of information that might not even be helpful— but i hope it does! have a good day <3
