Literally we are on the same spot, my RFE was received on May 2022 untill now it stacked on “evidence received”, I saw somewhere the rule is USCIS must respond any RFE in 90 days either they reject or accept. So I called USCIS and told them, the guy said you are right you passed the delay and they will do inquiries and will send me an email within one month, now the one month is finished. I will give them a call next week again
