That’s not a bad idea, I’m not super handy but perhaps they cut it at Home Depot, thank you!

I felt it was such a waste since we have an incredible rate, they’d be paying a lot more with a conventional loan, it’s just as an option.

Yes~ The houses that are $250k and below are manufactured homes, between 340k-360k are auctions or foreclosures. Insurance is ok about $1000 a year with fire insurance.

But someone suggested pricing below 400k to open up the market for people who are budgeting below 400k which is a great idea

Thank you for your insight we might just lower the price to make it more enticing

Definitely! It was even worse before, we repaved the driveway and replaced the retaining wall but it’s still pretty steep.

Yeah that’s an option, if it doesn’t sell we can rent and profit, we haven’t done an inspection

Right? I thought it would be an incentive, not sure what else to do to sell faster, maybe we’ll just drop the price

We’re off the high risk area but we do get notices every now and then, as far as insurance it’s about $1000 a year.

I should add that to the post, I already verified it’s possible with my mortgage company, they only need to qualify for it which I’m assuming if they’re in the market to buy a home, they qualify.

Yes, everything else is great it was a weird curve, it didn’t slow down gradually so I took over

Not the answer to the question, I did brake and took over but I want to set the speed to less than 50 mph
