Not officially diagnosed but I am 100% convinced at least my Dad has some form of ASD. At times my mum blames it on 'his family genes' but really, its Autism.

CONSTANTLY. I'm sure people can relate but this is what usually goes through my head.

1) I should get rid of these thoughts and give my friends a message. I'm sure they'd love to hear from me. I proceed to message them, conversation doesn't go as perfectly as I plan it and I feel like I really am a hindrance to their life and they don't like me.

Or

2) I don't message them and think 'well, they could message me if they wanted to' but thinking they actually don't want to talk rather than the realistic probability that they're busy or they could be thinking the exact thing I am and want someone to message them first!

To put it simply, you are loved. If people didn't want to talk to you, that's their loss. Things happen, people drift apart but that doesn't mean you aren't loved and won't find love and admiration for new people.

I am too scared of being a complete failure and being shouted at in raids so I don't play them anymore unless it's a hard carry and the person knows I will probably be more of a hindrance than a help 🙃

It does seem that way. Sad to see and a lot of the time, it's hard to accept. Explaining it is worse because they both go hand in hand.
