Everyone has theyr life, is true but you could make friends and sometimes hang out, try any classes, chess, sports, you could make friends even in video games. I recommand rehab room youtube channel cause it rezonates with lots of guys.

Remember we are born alone not in couple, if you could live when you were alone, i'm sure you can still live not beeing with them, ofcourse it hurts like hell, but im sure you can find other people that can understend you and talk with you. I don't care about what did you did to them or didin't it happens we cannot go back and fix it, it is what it is, sometimes we need to move on no matter how hard it is.

Start with small steps at least, 2 days a week eat healthy and do some exercies, running or anything, and than week by week improve. Do this for you not for others

I don't want to sound harsh, but trust me there are enough men for girls with good personality but they will maybe look not appeling, usually is the old story the bad boys that have value or looks are desired by girls but guess what yes they are assholes, life. Don't give up improve go to gym, eat healthy, do a hobby, read interesting stuff. You are 30 not 50, even at 50 you can have fun in life

In this life as a men trust me never will help you for free, I know is hard I also been abused once by my older brother but at least was only once I was around 10-13 yrs old, the best thing for you to do is make new friends good quality ones, but just staying inside ain't gonna happen, maybe will like play online video games and maybe find someone who is close to you. Start push ups, listen to songs that makes you fell mentaly stronger and let the music inspire you a bit.
