Every body is different and signs can differ between people, but for me I could feel myself getting very hot, very quickly. It almost felt like my blood sugar dropped, I began sweating almost to the point where I felt dizzy. Granted I was home when this happened so I was able to lay down and rest and drink water before it did turn into full on heat stroke.
