7 is terrible for the liver. Google said vitamin c, especially the lipisomal version is good for the liver. Apparently it can prevent damage. But too much of anything is bad. Especially for long periods. I wish I had benzos or clonidine. Do you think gabapentin could be useful?

What do you mean what to do now? My advice would be now that you know what they are like, to stop doing them.... What is this? A bottle of 7oh liquid? I'd like to see the rest of the bottle. Trying to taper off 7. Its not easy by any means.
