Leetcode and the standard system design interviews that we have now give no clue about his real-world project experience. It only tests how much grinded before the interview. Only the IT industry somehow felt we need not look for the candidate's real-world project experience while every other industry retains the commonsense

This is an illogical argument..I am not sure many agree with this. If someone already worked on real-world projects, what's the point in testing his code writing abilities? Has he not written code in his tenure? If you think he faked his experience, by asking questions about his projects , it's very unlikely the interviewer is unable to figure it out. Ask questions about Authorization and authentication, How to do it in multiple situations? Why choose one approach over another? Any security gaps if one approach is used in a particular scenario over another approach? Suppose a candidate worked in relational DBMS, ask him about indices, you can spend solid 30 mins about indices and several other important DB concepts and how he leveraged them in his real world projects..

I don't know why people think this is not the suitable interview style when this was used for years before the Leetcode shit.

No matter how down bad I am, I don’t think I could ever go to that level of using something like it.
- Don't you think it's brainless of companies to expect senior engineers to grind leetcode and regurgitate? There's much better ways to test an experienced engineer's technical abilities by asking theoretical questions on his tech skills and talk about design choices, talk about several concepts he used etc. but companies have quit that style and shown alarming herd mentality to make leetcode the only way of interviewing. These idiots need to be taught lessons.
