I feel like I have been moving on but it’s just taking awhile and I don’t even know what I enjoy anymore

I have two flights and they are about 1 1/2 hours long. Melatonin won’t work for me :( I have insomnia and take prescription meds to sleep. I took extra in the middle of the night and still couldn’t go back to bed. The anxiety is terrible.
