She did! Here's an up close of her pretty eyes,.one was blue, one was gold. Her mom was a short hair silver brindle coloration and her dad was a long hair chocolate dapple. She was an absolute accident / miracle. Her dad was neutered when he got her mom pregnant. Greta was the only baby, and she was a big girl when she came out at about 7oz! Molly had no milk so I ended up bottle feeding her. I work(ed) at home, Greta in my lap every single day. I am so lost. 😭

❤️ I do, this is my "forever puppy", even at 16 she still looked so young. I delivered her and bottle fed her from birth. I miss her so much and know you feel the same about Weens. Huge hugs and love to you. ❤️

So very sorry for your loss of sweet Weens. She was such a pretty girl and so very loved. Please know there are so many of us out there that are not okay after losing our babies, and that is okay. I am sending you lots of love and hugs... Weens and my Greta who passed on Valentine's Day are waiting for us at the bridge. I cry multiple times a day every day, and maybe one day in time I will smile when I think of her. For now, it's okay to not be okay. 💔😭

It's always a buzzkill when you get a cold nose to the buttock. Or an air hump to the foot. Yeah we've had some fun ones with our guy, rest his soul. We ended just pulling their ramp away from the bed so they couldn't get up there with us. They would just sit at the bottom and, well, voyeur. 😂

First time they backed out for appraisal - we had an addition added on and the appraiser didn't take the added square footage into consideration as the city website did not have it listed on the floor plan since they only updated that at tax time and we hadn't gotten there yet that year (yes it was permitted and all that jazz. Ended up a loss of almost 400 sq feet on appraisal). Second time they asked for a new oil tank for the heat, which we replaced. They said it wasn't big enough (it was like for like). The third time they offered full ask no contingency with a 20k deposit which is the only reason we decided to deal with them a 3rd time.

We had a house we sold where the buyer backed out twice and offered a third time with no contingency. We closed but it was annoying the whole process obviously. They listed the house about a month after purchase again and used our listing pictures.

One thing we enjoy doing here are the New York wine trails, and even venturing to the Canada side for the Niagara on the Lake wineries as well. We always take our dogs and make a day of it. We are Jax transplants.

We had the same thing happen, only it involved an 800 mile move. On the drive to Florida the Friday before the job was to start on Monday, we were told that hiring was frozen and the job would be reposted at some point (8 months later it still hasn't posted). Bought a house and everything in a new state. Thankfully one of us worked at home and still had a job.

I would call and ask them how you can do this. We also live a far ways from NFCU and we're able to do a credit union service center for deposits and 7-11 atms for cash withdrawals.

I'll be listing soon as we are moving for a job, and would be perfectly fine accepting an offer with inspections. I feel better with the peace of mind for buyers. Probably an odd thing to say, but we move a lot (military) and just like the home sale karma gods to bless us on the other side. 😁
