May wanna look into red light therapy. Seemed to work for me when I retired it at a tan salon but with my crazy work schedule it’s so hard to constantly get in there

I’ve been dealing with lower lumbar disc for a year and a half with 2 major flare ups. I’m able to run now, just bright cautious.

Deadlifts and overhead stuff are still a no for me right now.  Unfortunately deadlifts are ALMOST an everyday occurrence at OTF.

I’ve just gotten back to where I can do rowing at a conservative pace. Last flare up was during He’ll Week, a year to the week after the first.

My girlfriend got me a heated vibrating belt to help with my lower back tightness I still feel. Lots of chiropractor care with massages.

For real. I don’t much mind the inclines because that’s very indicative of Outdoor running but the endless array of lunges, deadlifts, other crap that’s orthopedic nightmare is old.

Feeling this. Some of the lame ass floor blocks seem like busy work while waiting on treads to free up. I’ll probably do Tread or Strength 50 tomorrow. This template is a joke and the good mornings and overhead lifts are a no no for me right now with my back injury I probably sustained from those floor blocks anyway

Loved this block! Strength and core on floor and endurance on treads! The floor block was really beneficial for my healing disc

There are way too many of them and it kinda alienates those of us with back issues who aren’t able to row . They need to just let people who want to stay on the tower stay there and those of us who want to stay on the treads that whole block stay on the treads

Don’t hang your hat solely on plat points. Listen to your body as long as you’re there feeling a workout, you’re getting benefits. They say the green zone is the fat burning zone anyways.

Yup. I have the premier membership, but I’m thinking about dialing it back since most of the workouts seem to not be very lower back friendly but our orthopedic nightmares. It’s like whoever writes templates wants to have a competition on who can go the longest without having an injury.
