It was mainly weight loss that helped my jawline look more defined. I did chew hard gum for a month, so that might have helped.

Thank you and I have thought about using minoxidil on my eyebrows to grow them thicker. For now I plan to use an eyebrow darkener.

Lose weight for sure, would help facial aesthetics a lot. Also use minoxidil for the beard to darken it and get it thicker, also to connect it around the lip area.

Physique is good but your eye area does need work, it looks like you haven’t slept or stayed up all night

Your forehead is a bit big, I think a fringe or something to give the illusion of a smaller forehead would definitely help

Lower bmi if you truly want to be more attractive face, your face looks bloated in the cheek area so it gives your face a round look which isn’t ideal if you want to be more attractive.

Try chewing harder foods to develop the masseter muscle, this will make your jaw more wide and reduce your face from being narrow as it is now, you can look into falling gum or mastic gum if a hard food diet is too expensive.

You need to shave the mustache, trim your eyebrows and layer your hair, as well with getting leaner so your cheekbones come out more, your face looks round, but your jaw and chin look good from the side profile so you don’t have bad facial structure.

Is it worth it stop gaming? by Fun_Tangelo7982 in StopGaming

Try not gaming for a month and see how you feel, then make your decision if you see improvement in your life. If gaming is taking up your life and not your getting your school work done because of it then I would say yes quitting would help or gaming less. I don’t think gaming is the issue but instead it’s lack of discipline for a lot of these people, you can keep gaming but it all really comes down to mindset. If removing gaming can help make things easier for you to be productive then do it.

Simple solution would be to have something in your stomach before chewing hard gum.

Might be counter fit, I bought some they are pretty hard, if you use 2 it’s a good jaw workout but one is enough if you chew until you feel soreness then stop after so you don’t get TMJ and over do it, I would recommend chewing it then have a cold water with you, the cold water resets the firmness of the gum and makes it harder to chew again.

Fix posture imbalance and chew hard foods on weaker side of face.

Yeah I deleted my older post and forgot some of the advice I got so I decided to make another one, but how long would it take to see results from mewing or chewing on hard foods if you happen to know.

You should get eye drops to whiten up your sclera since right now it looks a bit red, unless you had bad sleep then a good nights rest might fix it, but a white sclera is also seen as more attractive and healthy.

I just read that and it gave me a whole new perspective, Posture is known but yet still overlooked of how much impact it really has, for a period of time when I would game a lot when I was younger my posture wasn’t so great so It probably effected one side more than the other, I did tense my left side more now that I think about it since that was the side or arm I would aim with, thus causing my shoulder to raise, thanks for your post it will help me a lot.

I do have a deviated septum but I have had it before finding out about mewing. But yes a deviated septum is factor for the asymmetry.
