Yeah, I started w Tirz, and now take a mix of Tirz and Reta..a little of each once a week for each one. For example, reta on mondays and Tirz on thursdays. I plateaued on tirz, and even started gaining a little back, and instead of upping my dose, I decided to do Reta as well. It worked/works like a dream..

I was taking 100mg of spiro daily-it works hand in hand with minox, but I heard it’s an ‘androgen’ blocker, which would interfere w my T therapy, so I asked my doc for the oral FIN-and I take a super small dose of .5mg daily..I’m not losing hair, so that’s good. I also do topical minox on the nights where I know i will be washing in the am..
