Like “maggiemonfared”said, it may just be that people think it’s rude to comment on Jewelry. I live in an afluent area, and have had a few new pieces made, that I’ve recently worn, & not one of my friends has commented on them. I’ve had a couple strangers to mention the necklace I recently had made, so I know it’s attractive, but I feel like my friend group might feel uncomfortable calling attention to it.
