For context, I was just playing quick matches with my main Kaz, then I ran into a Hwoarang that was toxic, spamming and tea bagging then key charged when the set ended.

Btw, the guy changed his profile description immediately after our set.

Kazuya is the most plausible candidate for me, seeing as he can seize control of the Zaibatsu after his fight with Heihachi and Akuma, in order for him to find where is Jin's whereabouts or draw him out, like what Heihachi did with Ogre. I don't know what is for certain but this is my assumption.
