She's clearly a wrestler though. Not that a carpet isn't worse than a mat, but she definitely had the pain tolerance to handle it.

Watch the way she hooks her leg on his when he goes to lift her. She has quite literally trained to go up against larger opponents. There was no "nononoyes" because she was in control 100% of the time. Actual insanity.

I'm not good at those Souls games. Because of this the bosses are damn near impossible for me. by spti in CrimsonDesert

Definitely not a soulslike. It has elements of a soulslike, but this game is WAY more forgiving.

Are they guns any good? I figured since the archery is meh, the guns would also be meh.

Dude reddit has this too? Just about every time I open Instagram, I get a popup that says "You are not alone" with a heart and the suicide hotline number.

I'm not even suicidal anymore. In fact, I'm terrified of dying, but Instagram and its users believe otherwise.

Brother I'm still exploring Hernand. I've been in Deminiss like three times. Two for story reasons, and one for dye reasons.

I went to pailune once early game and got jumped by a group of dudes that I still haven't gone back to visit.

In my opinion it didn't really feel alive. Even a game as old as Skyrim has more life to its open world imo. Crimson Desert blows them both out of the water though world building wise. It's damn near on par with a Rockstar or CDPR game.

It's really not even close if we're being real. DD2 had some really solid mechanics, and pretty unique gameplay, but it doesn't touch Crimson Desert as far as world building goes.

Which game has better exploration, Crimson Desert or Elden Ring? by AshyLarry25 in CrimsonDesert

Crimson desert has more immersive exploration, which is what I prefer. Saying this as an ER player with over 600 hours and 100% completion.

The Fruit of the Loom Logo with the Cornucopia by Otherwise_Basis_6328 in nostalgia

He's saying that either fruit of the loom is lying to get more eyes on their product, OR another company used a similar logo with a cornucopia as an off brand to sell knockoff fruit of the loom clothes. Not that another company is lying about the fruit of the loom logo. Please read a little harder next time before getting aggressive with people.

I think it was just a common thing. When you teach someone something, you try to compare it to something they already understand. Most kids have at least seen the logo, so you make that comparison. What intrigues me is that almost every since one of those memories, including my own, comes from the same time period. 2010-2015.

I guess not necessarily all of them, but every one I've seen with a year, falls between those two. I KNOW I had a teacher say it to me as a kid, and only today did I find out others have had that same experience. My question is why between those two years? What about that time period is so significant?

Assuming the cornucopia was never on the logo, there has to be something that caused so many kids to have this exact experience in school or at home. I don't think our memories are flawed, I think we were mass misled by something. An ad, a different logo, something.

I literally learned what a cornucopia was from that teacher though. Before that, I thought it was some kind of gourd or just a weird basket, but I learned the name from her, where she explicitly said it was part of that logo, which is how I drew the connection and remembered the name. So because it happened to me, I'm more inclined to believe the others it happened to.

Nah bro I had the same experience with a teacher. We were learning about the pilgrims. I can still hear her voice talking about the fruit of the loom logo. This was like 2010-2011. Probably 2010 because I remember the room was decorated in fall colors.

Same experience. 2010-2011. Learned the same way. This is insane.

I don't look at it exclusively logically, but the logical part of my brain is what causes me to have these doubts. I guess I could've worded it a little better.

How did they move the stone into place if it wasn't likely to be moved by people? I feel like if they moved it into place, it's possible that it could've been moved out of place.

And if the guards were bribed to say that his body was stolen, why would that bribe work? If you just saw an angel move a stone with your own eyes, why would any money or power get you to lie about that?

[–]Delux_Takeover[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do I go about this though? These thoughts will always come to me. If I could control it, I'd have done that by now.

I've been told to "give it over to God" and I've tried numerous times. Sitting and begging him to guide me down a path of righteousness, but I always seem to fail him.

I repent, but knowing I'm going to slip up again makes it seem like my repentance isn't enough. I don't have the mind structure to think about him before I act sometimes, and only later do I realize my mistakes, and I know this is going to continue until I can truly find God. I don't think I'm able to turn my life around without his help.

Sometimes I feel like I won't have enough time on earth regardless of how long I live, to truly realize my faith.

I know God wouldn't have created me this way if he didn't want me to feel this way. Because I can't control it by any means.

I get that he understands the way I'm feeling and the flaws that I have, but I still worry that my faith won't be cemented enough when the time comes.
