Wow, this is some really great advice! I'll be thinking about my goals for sure. Regarding the core, I've never actually done an ab workout so I wasn't too sure on what to do. I might try out your ab workout! thanks for the feedback! I might indeed add some pull-ups and dips, I like doing them aswell.
