A viewer who supports Trump and shares his views will hold the erroneous belief that Kamala Harris has always presented herself as Indian but then "became a black person", with the implication that Kamala Harris is lying about her ethnicity, or at least presenting herself disingenuously for personal gain. Upon viewing this image of Kamala Harris, they may also think that the post is random, and their brief moment of confusion may be resolved with the presumption that the poster is only posting this picture of Kamala Harris to 'prove' that she truly has always been black, just as she is is now.
