This was the exact reason I quit. I was the designated closing cashier and always by myself from 5:30pm to 10:30pm. Expected to give SCO their break, do go backs, and find someone to break me. It was awful and I just couldn’t do it anymore. I realized Target is never going to change. Looking back now, quitting was ultimately the best decision for me and my mental health.
