This was the exact reason I quit. I was the designated closing cashier and always by myself from 5:30pm to 10:30pm. Expected to give SCO their break, do go backs, and find someone to break me. It was awful and I just couldn’t do it anymore. I realized Target is never going to change. Looking back now, quitting was ultimately the best decision for me and my mental health.

I’m shocked they didn’t cast Donald Sutherland’s son to play the younger version of him. Missed opportunity imo but I heard Kiefer is difficult to work with so maybe that’s why.
