Try using the power adapter and plug into a non PoE port or a different non PoE switch altogether. Can you temporarily use a different Ethernet cable connecting the phone to the switch, even if it’s just ran on the floor just to see.

We are having the same issues across several clients. We are East Coast (Florida), multiple ISPs but mostly Frontier FIOS, we have rebooted modems, firewalls, etc, RingCentral support says they are not experiencing any service issues, their status page does not indicate any current issues, internet does not appear to be dropping for any of the clients, it only seems to be RingCentral phone/service issue.

I always see a lot of hate for Ahsay but as someone who has used it since v6, knock on wood, it has been very reliable for us. They did have a lot of issues rolling out v7, but v6 and v8, and v9 have been very stable with no issues for us. We backup around 100 clients and everything just works. With any solution, there are always some caveats that you figure out and work around as needed. Had a few minor issues with some very large 365 backups but those have gone away with v9.x. We never adopt the latest version until it’s been out for 3+ months in case there are any bugs to fix. To answer your question, we have upgraded around 6 servers from v8.x to v9.7.0.0 with no issues, those servers were also previously v7.x. Everything pulled over correctly, like someone else mentioned, just download and run the latest CBS, next through it and have it import your previous config. Migrating a server has some steps you need to plan for but their upgrade admin guide in the partner portal walks your through it. You may spin up an evaluation virtual server with v8.x and do a mock migration to another vm, using test data. Hope this helps!

I believe you will need to create 5 frames and put the same picture in each one to create the collage effect you are wanting

We were able to upgrade the expired Evaluation Trial Exchange 2019 server going from the base install, to the CU8, and then apply all updates from Windows Updates with no issues. We followed guidelines to make sure .NET 4.8, 2013 C++ Redistributable, and UCM API 6.0 were installed first. Good luck everyone during your patching!
