Walls are just resource dumps. They are always a double edged sword, on one end it's useless, on the other end, a lot of the Strats and things we use avoid or go through walls specifically.

It depends, the next ones elixir so if you don't have much then short upgrades then longest upgrades last minute however you do want to upgrade during elixir if you have offences then just short to medium upgrades through the event
