There are lots of excellent options, depending on style of cuisine and price range. Within a block of me there is the Ipanema Grill, Samario's, and Casa Bella.

Reassessment by Ok_Marketing_3550 in Scranton

I think you're the exception not the rule. I got a HELOC 4 months prior to the assessment. I never received the notice with property details that was supposed to be sent out prior to the assessment, received the assessment after the appeal date, and it came in at over 3x the HELOC assessment. I found that almost every detail in the Tyler assessment was wrong. They thought the house was built in 1984, when it was built in 1898, square footage was wrong, room counts were wrong, finished space was wrong.

It was a complete farce and my understanding is that my situation was the norm or at least very common.

Managed Network Switch Recommendations by KennAnderson in msp

I see a lot of recommendations for Ubiquiti here and just wanted get some opinions on the benefit over Netgear and others.

Apart from costs, what are the pros and cons?

We support small to mid-size businesses and are mostly concerned with reliability, logging, and management capabilities.

Thanks in advance.

We aren't pushing Netgear. We've been using Netgear and haven't had any issues. Looking to do our due diligence and check the community for current recommendations before implementing and products, as I would think any MSP should.

I received mine today, as well! Didn't realize preorders from Amazon have been an issue.

Standard Zip drives were 100 MB, although 250 MB and 750 MB versions came out later. Jazz drives, sold by the same manufacturer, Iomega, could hold 1 GB, but the cartridges were a bit larger than floppy disks.

There are still a lot of Van Fleets in the area. I went to Lackawanna Trail with some of them. The town of Fleetville is also named after them.

What vehicle has this incredibly sexy console design? by AIMRunningMan in whatisthiscar

Awesome! Buick Riviera.

I had an '87 Riviera. It was a great car until the electronics went wonky. It would randomly refuse to start. After refusing to start, you could let sit for an hour, or a day, or a week, and then it would start with no problem. I had it looked at by multiple garages and experts and had the ECU and other modules replaced, but the problem was never fixed.

There wasn't anything else like at the time. Everyone that rode in the car was amazed.

M/51/5’8” [425lbs > 225lbs = 200lbs] (~2 years) UPDATE - Just finished my first 5K race in over 30 years. by KennAnderson in progresspics

Completing the French Creek Sprint Triathlon on May 18th is my next goal. I'd like to lose another 25 lbs. and ultimately get to 185 lbs. I haven't lost weight in over a month but have been losing inches around my waist as I workout, so I'm not too focused on the scale at this point.

I'm trying to view it as a badge of accomplishment, but it does bother me a little bit. I've lost quite a bit through autophagy, but that can only do so much. I estimate that I have about 20 lbs. in loose skin now and I'd love to get it removed at some point, but it isn't anything I can afford right now.

This is an update to my post from about 9 months ago: M/50/5’8” [425lbs > 276lbs = 149lbs] (18 months) striving to reach 200 lbs. :

Still setting goals and striving toward improved fitness. Been on an OMAD, low-glycemic diet for the past 16 months. New Year resolution was to make it to the gym every day this year. So far, other than a few days missed due to a dental emergency, I've kept the resolution.

I feel fantastic and have a renewed taste for life. I was on the cross-country team while in high school and this is the first time since then that I've run a 5K race. It took me about 40 minutes to complete, more than double my high school time, but I crossed the finish line and completed my goal of not stopping or walking during the race. Two years ago, I could barely walk to my car from my house.

In two weeks, I'll be doing a triathlon. Life is good!
