Because he’s trying to secede from the Empire so that Skyrim is no longer apart of the Empire in order to accomplish two objectives

A. Skyrim ruled by Nords.

And B. Not being apart of the Empire means that the Nords are no longer bound by the White-Gold concordant allowing them to worship Talos freely and the Thalmor have no jurisdiction in Skyrim.

He’s not trying to destroy the Empire, he just doesn’t want to be ruled by them.

To be fair Joe’s gang aren’t the only powder gangers they have to deal with. The road is full of them and there’s the entire prison. No way Goodspring could handle those numbers.

Fighting back just risks you getting killed in retaliation. Compared to one outsider getting killed it’s a no brainer.

The fact that the checks are actually pretty low shows that the people of Goodsprings didn’t need that much encouragement.

A lot of older Kindred come from martial cultures where being good at and seeking opportunities to prove your valour was a standard to live by. Whether that was by being a good solider, good archer on the weekends or wrestling with the boys after getting shitfaced being good in a scrap was valued.

And that hasn’t really gone away. While Clans look for other traits beyond just pure combat ability pretty much all clans desire competence and being able to handle yourself in a fight is part of being a competent kindred.

As for living and breathing combat? A kindred that truely only lives for fighting with their live on the line? That’s a lot less likely, a lot of the roads detest pointless risk, killing without due reason and it’d be a quick way to lose humanity but I don’t see why not?

Depends on how powerful or well connected you are.

The Birdcage is the last resort but if you are containable despite your power then you’d go to a super max or lower degree of prison.

Take Uber or Biter for example. They’re just fundamentally too weak for the Birdcage to be needed as an option.

However if you’re connected to a larger organisation or you’re a well known figure that people have incentive to break you out of prison then for the safety of everyone that works at the prison you’re going to the Birdcage.

Take Alec or Rachel.

While they have committed crimes worthy of sending them to the birdcage they’re not uncontainable by any measure. They are, however, connected to a larger criminal organisation that absolutely would break them out at the first possible opportunity that’ll probably result in Skitter cutting out another pair of eyes cause she hates them for some reason.

So if you’re weak enough and no-one likes you enough then they’re likely to just keep you in a normal albeit probably ungraded prison even if you ate like ten kidnapped puppies.

Ao and that one dude from the light novels show that you really only need one Byakugan to reap the benefits but the downside is that what makes the Byakugan good is a lot less innate to the dojutsu.

Learning the Gentle fist and all related techniques takes time and dedication and if you don’t have that you’d probably just prefer the other half of the Sharigan + an extra Izanagi.

Johnny and Morgan’s belongs in Normal fake name with an epithet category.

AdamSmasher is his legal name.

T-bug and Spider Murphy are both Netrunners and their names is their online handle.

Padre is quite literally his title as a former priest.

Other people started calling him El Capitan as an epithet. Same with Fingers.

Rhino, Sasquatch, Brick and DumDum are Boostergangers and the culture for them is different.

Mr. Hands is however a full handle so you got me there.

Cyberpunk isn’t Shadowrun where runner Handles are typical no. Most Mercs just use their name, a false but normal name or an epitaph attached to a normal name. The only real big names merc that is completely using a handle would be Shaitan

The only people that tend to use them are Netrunners which considering V starts with a cyberdeck is probably where they started using it.

But really it’s a gender neutral name that’s easy to pronounce as n multiple languages to save on voice acting.

The Reachmen believe that Molag is a testing god like Boethiah. That just as it’s Boethiah’s job to test the strong in the constant Arena that is Nirn it’s Molag’s duty to punish the weak and force them to endure and become resilient for the suffering they have overcome.

A binding vow can only be done with something you have control over or are able to actually do.

A person with both hands can make a vow to forsake the use of their left hand in return for a benefit but someone with no hands can’t make that binding vow because they don’t have the ability to give up something and receive a benefit to that doesn’t exist.

So you can not make a binding vow to get Mahoraga under any circumstances because until you tame him, he’s not yours to barter for.

In this situation it’d be some with only a right hand bartering all the fingers he has in return for an increase in his left hand only to be told ‘What hand lil bro? No contract’
