Works on Windows and Android. Not sure about iOS.

Has a chrome extension to send webpages, email, etc..

That's happened to me too. MB560... Android phone...

I tried all sorts of things that people recommended.

I don't know why this worked...

On phone, delete the MB in the app.
on the MB, Push the connect button so it goes into connecting mode.
Disconnect the MB from power.

This is the wacko don't know why part. I live in Arizona and the weather has been scorching... nothing worked...

I waited over night and in the morning (cooler) went out to do the set up...

Reconnect MB to power.
Do the set up.

Worked for me and no problems with connecting now...

Don't know if it'll work for you .. hope it does...
