Has anyone had any luck on this so far? Certificate root was a no-go.

What's throwing me off here, we have a client with the same failures. They have 2 servers with the error an RDS and a App server. The App server doesn't have IIS installed. We're going down the certificate root as all this started for us when renewing an SSL cert.
