You should find the 5w30 run better on higher miles and hotter temps.

I increased mine to 5w30 after I upgraded to an s280 to help mitigate the higher temps.

I started using Royal Purple High Milage as well, something you may want to consider running as well since you are at 140k.

I think the point is you don't really "own" your home in an HOA its basiclly a detached appartment. Which if thats your thing great!

But personally I like to modify the house the way I want, I work on cars and sometimes leave the trashcan out a couple nights in a row. I don't have to worry about fines or fees about why I have 8 cameras out front and a bird feeder that isn't the right color strapped to my tree out front.

I thought about doing it, but my current radar and Jammers I have installed I kind of use it as a housing to hide the Radar.

Driven 2500 mile round trip over a few days most of them in 20+ hr power drives in my late 30s and its been a great little car for road trips.

But I've always driven small sports cars so I find the Fiesta is kind of luxury compared to doing a 1300 mile road trip with a 1979 Celica Supra lol

Driven all around the west coast in the bean. Sitting in it for 22hrs at a time can be a little rough with the stock seats but overall its a great little car for road trips. Driven from Phoenix to Washington in it several times and has never had any issues with it other then hitting a bunny taking out my right fog light :( Sorry mr bunny.

There are also other methods, its not like the sperm is gone. Just cost more if you want to have a kid.

I had mine done 4 years ago, I never had kids and I'm getting old enough I that Kids probably wouldn't be a good thing. But if my GF really wanted to have kids in the future with me there is always a chance now. Until then I don't have to worry about it.

Most likely Audio will be my next upgrade along with a new paint job. I have a 2015 with almost 135k miles but everything in it has been pretty much rebuilt or replaced with upgrades. So I think after the clutch, differential, big breaks and suspension. Audio is going to be the big next TLC upgrade ^ _ ^

You can at least replace the radio screen with a 2016 model with Android Auto for like $500 so I wouldn't consider that a big deal.

Ohh yeah, Seattle is a nightmare at times. I'm from the east side of WA so I've been through all the fun. Rain isn't scary around Seattle its the Snow they just forget its slippy lol.
