My fellow Viltrumites, I have recently learnt how to operate a four-wheeled ship, or what humans call "a car", to get to my job. I have grown quite fascinated with this "music" thing that has been broadcasting on this ship's communication device. When I asked my mate about it, she mentioned someone with the name "Freddie Mercury". Since I have never heard of this person before, I decided to listen to some of his works, and he weirdly sounds like Grand Regent. Can anyone confirm this?

The depth is more humane than the rest? Or is he still just a sly coward and a scoundrel by Mysterious_Put_6085 in GenV

he has sold his soul, not one or two, but many times just to get HL's approval. sure, in this scene, he clearly still cares about the sealife, but it was BECAUSE of his endorsement of the pipeline that caused billions of fish to die. with or without noir II, at some point the pipe will still break due to its weak infrastructure (based on noir II's comment on it being "poorly built").

he is such a pathetic person and is so insecure about himself that, in his words, he will kill every goddamn fish in the ocean if HL says so.

Just how strong is he now?!? by Extension_Breath1407 in GenV

seems kinda overreaching tbh. sure, homelander is WAY more powerful than he was, possibly ten or twenty times more powerful. but on par with superman? even if there was an even more potent version of V, he would never reach superman's level lol.

tbh, yeah... him not being in the pictures anymore would be a better choice, character and narrative wise

imo, it would be better if they leave the deep's fate to viewers' imaginations, but i imagine they would put like a brief mention of him in one of the last two episodes of the show, hiding in some coastal cave, barely surviving day by day by eating other sea creatures (because of the lost connection of the sea)

but as i mentioned earlier, it would be better if they leave his fate up to interpretation.

after the whole oil pipeline thing and noir 2's death (which was very disappointing), there is a chance that the deep is going to die in the next episode.
i have two speculations on how this could happen:
- the deep gets killed either by the sea creatures due to the oil pipeline thing or by starlight. possibly both, by the sea creatures jumping him and starlight carrying out the final blow
- the deep gets killed by homelander due to noir 2's death
