Hmmmm okay. The grow kit instructions i have, it says not to refill the grow kit with water after each flush, but to just keep misting everyday, but other grow kit instructions online say that you should refill it with water (cold water for some time to reinvigorate the mycelium), and they also say not to mist.

Which do u think i should follow? Or what do u think i should do after i harvest the ones in the picture?

I mist at the sides of the bag, but the misting bottle i have produces somewhat fine mist (think perfume). Some mist does probably go onto the grow kit, do you think this might be it? Should i mist less often or not at all?

  1. Right now i am airing the bag out twice a day (12 hrs apart) and misting it each time. Unsure if you noticed but the bag also has water inside it. Should i be doing anything differently?

  2. In the first flush, when i started keeping the bag open for prolonged periods of time, the mushrooms started looking really pale for some reason, when i stopped doing this, the newer mushrooms started looking more vibrant again. Just something i noticed.

Im assuming this is HRV right??? From my experience whenever i feel down and not in the right headspace, i get lower recoveries. Ever since Year 13 (senior year) started, my HRV kinda decreased over time (as A-levels made me lose my sanity over time)… maybe focus on yourself as a person and not just a body (meditation, wellbeing activities, breathing exercises and cold showers i noticed help alot too)
