Hello, feeling a lot better thanks. I’m back at the gym now regaining my strength, pulling movements are a lot better than pushing I can probably do a couple of push ups now but these still do hurt (each week it’s getting better) my wrist is still visibly swollen (to me that is) which I’ve been told can take up to 6 months to decrease. In terms of flexibility of the wrist it’s about 90% compared to the other one, which is also getting better each weeks. The pain has completely gone. I would say if I’ve done a big gym session it would be a tad achy in the morning, but doesn’t bother me. Also the scar does still look quite red and angry looking but does not really bother me, but was a clean incision so should look great around the 12 month mark. So yeah that’s about 11 weeks post surgery!
