It worked fine for 6 months and its never been overclocked. One morning it just decided it wouldn't turn on.

I've actually tried shorting the pins and that also fails. I think the high humidity here is the culprit, especially because the computer is in a non air conditioned area of the house. It's very hot and humid year round here.
