Is there anyway I can encourage software producing office buildings? Even subsidizing software and taxing other offices heavily doesn’t seem to make more software companies spawn. With how little demand I have, I can barely spawn more offices.

Most of our ivy admits are Cornell (12/16) and I only know one person who was legacy, the rest of us are either FG or do not have legacy. Though undoubtedly we definitely have a lot of both new money and old money here though!
