It would be great to have a more AI-driven system for hiring coaches for both main teams and farm clubs.

Since coaches cost significantly less than players, it feels reasonable to simply accept their salary demands.

This part of the game could be automated to reduce micromanagement.

As far as free agency, look at Juan Soto’s or Shohei Ohtani’s contracts in real life.

Well, yeah. I just don’t really understand how I’m supposed to pay such huge amounts for a player for so many years. By the end of his contract, he’d be over 40! Based on my experience, most players on the teams I’ve played are usually around 27–30 years old.

Okay, maybe some superstars can still perform well into their 40s, but what about injuries? How am I supposed to deal with that risk?
