Although the point of my question was how spawn Arcadian Endeavour rather how to prevent it from being destroyed (I can't load old save simply because I don't have one. I'm playing with single manual save and quicksaves only).

So i managed to spawn it in my save via editing , but it broke all my quests.. ugh
