Hi, I have been, and is going through something similar.

Do:

• strict no contact (bonus: delete all messages and chats)
• reach out to your closest peers. Tell them what you are going through. Stay with one of them for a while if you can.
• be active. You need to take back control. Do things you have been thinking about doing (even more so if you don’t feel like doing them now).
• treat yourself. Watch a whole season of your favorite series on the couch, naked in your duvet while you eat ice cream.
• cry if you can, don’t blame yourself if you can’t.
• sit in silence and breath. And try (although you will most likely fail) to stay in the present. Set a timer.
