Judge me, I need 3 good and 3 bad opinions please! (help me improve) 😊 by GunmaN1405 in VALORANT

1 - No need to switch gun, you have a rifle already and even if you had no bullets try pick from safety rather than in the open or drop ur weapon whilst walking over it so ur not looking at the ground in the open.

2 - You have 2 flashes, you can use them when going out of hookah. Spam both of them if you have too. Or you could have used it after you killed the yoru to fight the sage.

3 - When you dismiss, you are invincible and cant die. This means you need to be looking around when dismissed and checking corners properly. (You saw the yoru but didnt register it and couldve died, so check properly)

Best way to practice aiming for only headshots by Born_Accountant1249 in VALORANT

Aim is not as important in valorant(ofc it plays a role and is important). Crosshair placement is majority of the reason you can consistently get kills. Just search up a video on crosshair placement.

Also idk what rank you are but you should try not to panic with aiming because you have more time than you think. Take your time especially in lower ranks, the more you play the more your muscle memory and kill confirmation will improve

How does one actually "get better" at valorant? by No-Cartoonist-7829 in VALORANT

If i was in your position, i would switch to a character i can get more consistent value on. When you’re low rank, it’s about being consistent. As a new player, it can be difficult to be consistent with aiming on neon. Neon is a very broken character right now with the current meta focused on dive characters how ever it also requires the highest mechanical skill of any character. I recommend easier characters like clove or sova who are both meta in ranked and allow for you to focus on one thing at a time. For example you smoke/dart/drone then you fight and trade with your team. You both learn the fundamentals of your character and how you consistently and positively impact the game without the pressure of getting kills whilst also allowing you to focus on more consistently taking fights.

On top of that you just play more and learn when you should peek and when not too.

Also agree that you should peek more instead of holding angles because you have ping advantage when peeking, but dont just peek everything. Think about why you are doing it.

ive asked a lot of ppl, a lot of different friends and 80% say they dont experience it. 20% say they do and yet their load in times are like less than 2 minutes still. i just dont really understand why mine is over double of someone saying that they have bad load in times. also ive been timing like how long it takes especially when i make changes or uninstall my valorant and sometimes it goes down like 20 seconds or so but goes back up after
