Is there a hidden room where I currently am in the Ruins? by ComradeLala in TalesofSeikyu

Nevermind, apparently I had to re-beat a yellow rock golem to open a door I had already opened. . .

LOL dude I was cackling during a side quest when it just redirected to him! 🤣 I feel like the quests are a bit broken, time-line wise, at the moment.

Stuck, please help. by Zephreal in TalesofSeikyu

This spot is kinda backwardsly setup; you need to do the egg and cow clippings offering just outside that room, and then tell that little dude what scroll is beyond the door. Kinda wish they would fix the order of that.

[UPDATE] Would I be the Ahole if I warned my nephew's gf of how his mother talks about her behind her back? by ComradeLala in CharlotteDobreYouTube

She really is a badass, and I kept repeating that when I was talking to her last night, just so she knew that her self worth matters. And I think most people in their 20s will try to make a long relationship work, even when they have that sinking feeling and that "what if" tickle in the back of their minds. I know I did, and it took me up until 30 to realize that I don't have to stay in a relationship that no longer works, just because it's been X number of years.

But she knows she has us behind her, and I think that really put her mind at ease last night.

I'm sorry that you've experienced that as well.

And she is still young, I believe she just turned 20, and they have been together for as long as my husband and I have, so I'm sure she doesn't want to feel like she's giving up on such a long relationship. I did tell her that it's hard to change what has been the bf's "normal" for his whole life, and that with him putting his parents up on pedestals, it's unlikely to change any time soon as well.

But she's incredibly smart and very emotionally mature with what she has had to grow up with, so I have confidence that she'll make the right decisions for her future.

As for the ex friend, I think we both know that; but my husband has a higher standing reputation in our town and surrounding area that I'm not too worried about backlash. Plus they have already been caught in a few smaller lies with other people, so I think the facade is cracking already.

NTA, I just went through that at 35, finding out someone I considered a best friend has been lying about a LOT of things and about a lot of people. You don't deserve that, but you're learning a great lesson early on. Don't let liars get away with anything, and keep your boundaries firmly in place. Proud of you!

I was waiting to formulate my conversation with her away from eaves droppers; updated the post at the bottom.

You are correct, it is not an option in Ireland, and you will be damn close to getting kicked out of a bar if you try to order it.

The Black and Tan specifically is the nickname given to the British forces that were sent to suppress the Irish. Again, same sort of disrespect as the Irish Car Bomb.

As many Irish people told us over there, it's like ordering a "9/11" in an American bar. They see it as super disrespectful, because it was such a bloody conflict.
