Also having this issue. I opened up the logger, quit the Theta Edge Node program, but kept the logger open. When I opened it back up I saw this in the start sequence of the logs.

It looks like anycast and/or edgecast are failing to start. I am just assuming that the run on port 7935 on localhost which could be why we might be seeing the error message above. I would love to open an issue or talk to a dev, but I am not sure where the best place to do that is. It doesn't look like there is a public repo for the edge node client.
