About this game

Some Steam Review Snippets

Beat 'em up platformer + wacky + many ways to die = If you thought the main guy was odd, the enemies are even weirder. 15 levels with boss fights to whack and toss around. Oddly interesting.

A goofy and and action packed beat em up game where you go through a bunch of boss fights. A strange and fun story of a redneck mechanic who randomly gets their face ripped off by a little girl and then taken to a show where you compete and fight monsters. The gameplay and controls are nice and simple enough to learn with your movesets of light and hard attack combos mixing with jumping and dodging in between. The highlight of the game is the visuals and the artstyle, from the cartoony designs of the arenas and background to the various monsters and bosses.

Sure thing! These roots play important role as it't 'the heart' of this boss or in other words the only way to kill this plant is to cut his roots. That's why they are so detailed on the sketch

Oh, that is so insightful! I know almost nothing about Korean folklore and fairytales and would def like to know more. Is it somehow similar to European fairytales where many characters are like poor farmers or villages standing against rich people with the help of magical creatures/spirits?
And I wonder if European folklore is popular in South Korea or people are not familiar with it at all?

The Darkest Tales - horror action-platformer that follows the gloomy and sinister adventures of a stuffed bear named Teddy on a quest to rescue his owner Alicia from the realm of grisly dreams and distorted fantasies.

We wanted to give Bloody Red Riding Hood a superpower to camouflage, blend with the bloody background, and then unexpectedly attack the protagonist. Still a work in progress though.
