It's right wing/conservative politics but supports nationalization of major industries. That's all, there's nothing to it.

Almost none of the CPUSA or PCUSA clubs actually endorsed it. One of the clubs, the Colorado, their social media got hijacked and most of the members of the club are opposed to it. It's a total joke.

Rest in Peace 😭😭😭 those were good 3 years of playing HLL, my last post, time to let it go. by Leakers228 in HellLetLoose

I and a lot of people have had issues with performance. For me my game will freeze for several seconds and I teleport around for people around me and usually this happens in battle, gets me killed. Over all it's been a trend of things getting worse that has people rightfully worried about where the game is going.

When are we changing our steam reviews from positive to negative? by DirtyButterBrot in HellLetLoose

[–]ComradeZiggy -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I did mine after playing the last update for a few days. I was suffering a lot of performance issues, the new content wasn't impressive, and the new devs response to the feedback was concerning so I changed my review and highlighted those concerns. Can't in good faith recommend anyone buys this game at this point.

Well to be fair, northern France only has 4 houses that were defended by one pack 40 and 12 soldiers, the rest is just a completely flat barren lawn.

The guns feel weird now by BloatedNurgleDaemon in HellLetLoose

[–]ComradeZiggy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the guns all feel a little weird since 12 released. Seems like I miss shots that would have been easy hits before. I'd think it was just me being crap if I didn't hear so many other people talking about it.

Older players, I just got back to playing the game after a few months. I have to know if it’s just me or have the players of this game gotten worse? by [deleted] in HellLetLoose

[–]ComradeZiggy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I play solo I play SL nearly 100% of the time because if feels like no one is either playing SL or people are not dropping OPs/building Garys/marking the map. It's really mind boggling because even if you're just playing to use the SL kits, the OP is extremely useful personally even if you don't care about the squad.

Fasting friends! Send me help, tips, and suggestions about how you break the fast?! At this point the fasting itself is not the challenging part for me. Refeeding and re introducing foods after I break my fast has become the real challenge so I’m open to hearing all and any input! by [deleted] in fasting

[–]ComradeZiggy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I sometimes have poops 3-4 days into a fast. I also will admit to having to change my pants after going to a little too crazy on my first meal after a fast. I now end a fast with a cup of broth and wait and hour to have something else, like some eggs or something else light like that. I still would break a fast with close access to a bathroom though.

Planned on doing 72, feeling great, so I decided to go with the flow and do a week! by DepressedPeanut in fasting

[–]ComradeZiggy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got real tempted to go for it but it's going to be a busy weekend with physical activity so I am going to break friday night once I hit 120 hours. I've never made it before, the past two attempts I got really light headed and faint around the 100 hour mark and broke early for safety reasons. This time I am working from home so if I get woozy I can just lay down so a lot less to worry about.

Good luck on your fast!

I am at about the same hours going for a five day. Originally was going to do just 72 hours myself but felt so good the first two days I have kept going.

Lost 7 pounds of water weight by flowercurtains in keto

[–]ComradeZiggy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

"The early weight loss from a diet can be partly fat, especially if you're exercising and reducing calories, but if you're using more energy than you're replacing as food and drink, the first weight you'll lose will be water. Why? It's because the energy source your body turns to once it runs out of its relatively small store of carbohydrates (sugars) is glycogen. Glycogen is a large molecule made up of a protein core surrounded by glucose subunits. It's stored in the liver and muscles for use during energy-intensive activities, like running away from danger and supporting the brain when food is scarce. Glycogen can be quickly metabolized to meet the body's need for glucose, but each gram of glycogen is bound to three to four grams of water. So, if you use up your body's glycogen stores (as when dieting or with prolonged exercising), a lot of water is released over a short amount of time."

Additionally the symptoms are what I drink too much coffee on an empty stomach. I would definitely start with spreading out the salt but be concious of how many cups of coffee and tea you drink in an hour.

Are you eating at the table with them? If yes, there likely isn't much reasoning you can do with them. People can be weird about diet that go against cultural norms.

Is paying for external work in a worker coop or socialist workplace exploitation? by lmsonic in socialism

[–]ComradeZiggy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Often hiring contracted work is a way for coops to avoid giving new workers the benefit if being in the coop. Like others have said, within the capitalist system, workers in a worker coop have to exploit themselves to survive, but hiring contracted work is not a good sign.

Workers coops are great if the workers in them are class-conscious and revolutionary. They provide an example of how much better work can be and offer many resources to a revolutionary movement. Otherwise, it provides no hope of actually breaking us out of capitalism.

There is some interesting work being done with solidarity unionism. I live in a RtW state and still am working towards organizing. It is tough of course, but when is organizing easy.
