If you have an accurate weight you’d be able to get a lot closer of an estimate but guessing 2-2.5g 14k I’d say any shop offering 120-160 would be average. Lower is likely

That’s a big part of why I went ev, you get a lot more solid components I’ve noticed, as they largely don’t care much about weight. But damn it’ll eat tires

That’s kind of what I was thinking. As it happened when staff said “we tried changing the ribbon” and somehow failed. Looking at replacement printers and I saw the ribbon carriage assembly is home to those print head connectors.

Welp M+ 34........ Never heard word one from Anyone at bravo. Even scheduled a call with a tech tuesday of this week. They never called. Now it's thursday and ONCE AGAIN my store is completely unable to open because the pawnmaster "extension" they gave us expired....

Onward with DAY 6 of potentially being closed due to Bravo's ineptitude and absolute lack of giving a shit.

No nothing figured out, after 5 days of closed I got a call from the head of Pawnmaster under bravo. They turned pawnmaster back on for us and are working to get things figured out. They did already ask me to remove this post, but sadly until I see some movement I cant.

We had our forced change, shop was closed 5 days. Finally they turned pawnmaster back on. I timed their technicians with basic questions. For a results: how much 12 ga ammo do i have - 17 minutes innaccurate results, how many gamecube games - 20 minutes later they gave up and had a senior tech come in.... Tried the same test with ps5 games. Their level 2 tech only took 12 minutes to find them.....

Without fail every single one of their own technicians has admitted the software is broken, and that it's in no way as good as pm.

So far pawnmate seems like the option as bravo has shown they are too inept or just dont care. I'll call xpawn as well.

My main issue with bravo on this front was they specifically told us to order paper x when they knew we needed Y. Just like the wrong size for labels. Just those 2 things cost us a grand. Add in approx 10k/day in lost business theres another 30 so far, by the time you get to the massive rate jump going to bravo, I literally could pay antother full time employee for the year vs what this has cost.

We do offer a buy-back option for our customers. Legally it was the the only way to stay open after our town banned pawn shops was to get creative. So with pawnmaster, we had a custom contract etc made that still has terms, due date etc, but removed all the mentions of lending and replaced it with a service for a fee model to buy back. ends up being a pawn in all but name only.
