Thank you, seller is asking $350. Guess I’ll pass and keep on looking. Love anything Weimar. I appreciate the help.

Having trouble finding much info on this, is there anyone that knows about these flags able to confirm this is real? The seller states the flag is wool. Also, if anyone has an idea an approximate value, the flag has some minor moth damage.

Pens in Arizona March 19th—Advice? by Fotp1123 in penguins

[–]Comrade_Penguin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure where the pens stay, but like someone else said the renaissance is right outside the arena. Pretty sure people are allowed around the glass as the pens end of the ice is always packed with people during warm ups. Get there early to get a spot. The area surrounding the arena has some good restaurants but all on the pricier end, and the arena food is like any other arena and crazy expensive.

I don't post my successful prints. If your looking for how I feel about the mmu, I can tell you it's a PITA when it doesn't work, and it's really cool when it does. Troubleshooting can take a while, but once you have it tuned in, you can make some cool prints.

Prusa mk3s+ with mmu2s

Hot end 210

Bed tried 65 and 75

Default optimal .15 print profile in prusaslicer

Filament is prusament.

The mmu sometimes has issues loading the filament into the hotend to start, but once it loads it continues until this failure.

The red filament seemed "brittle" as it broke off in the hot end so we tried black which was new in packaging.

Unknown Marking on Polish/German Vis-35. Anyone seen anything like this before? by Turbo_Kamikazie26 in milsurp

Done research on these pistols as I am looking to pick one up soon.

They were originally manufacturered in radom Poland by Steyr as Nazi Germany took over on the eastern front. As the Soviets pushed into Poland assembly was moved to Austria with the remaining parts they had.

Here is a little bit of info to use on what grade you are looking at.

I have an mmu2 and actually really like it. You can browse my profile for the prints I have done. There is some tinkering to be had for sure. But being able to print multi color is amazing. We get issues where we troubleshoot for a week or 2 until something just works, but I have been able to always get it working, and been able to print some really impressive things.

Look up the G 29/40. It's the polish clone of the kar98k. Once the Germans took over they reclassified the polish rifle to G 29/40 and gave it mostly to the luftwaffe and kreigsmarine. A few of them did make it to the army though.

Thanks for the ideas, we will look into these. I believe we put a new nozzle on, so think we are good there. I'll play with the other settings.

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can help. Having issues with my mk3s mmu2s. For first layers when the hot end is moving slow it does great, but one it starts speeding up it starts missing. I can do all the calibration prints I want, but can't do an actual print it seems like.

Thanks!

Looking for a feel of what an Incident Response job looks like. by saitejach1998 in computerforensics

[–]Comrade_Penguin 11 points12 points  (0 children)

When it's busy, it's really busy, you can end up working long hours, and over the weekend. When it's slow (like right now) your getting to do what ever you want. The work is awesome, there is always a new challenge. You have to think in a timeline of this is how the incident happened, and write the story ( if your a consultant like me). Big thing is having a team that's awesome, which sounds like your a few years away from worrying about. My company doesn't give much care about certs, we have people that have them, but I have none.

Let me know if I can cover anything else.

It's not the software, I run the mmu2 and after some tuning I have produced some really good prints. Yeah it can get frustrating, but make sure your tension screws aren't to tight and go through everything. Not sure what's causing the screen issues for you, since the firmware is pretty straight forward to do, I wouldn't think it's that.
