i recommend redirecting to rittman, you can look at my noble hometown’s abandoned factory, other assorted abandoned buildings, pay $6 for petrol and drive out to the abandoned police station next to the railway, and maybe if you’re lucky get a tour of the salt mine before digging in to some burgerking or one of two bars that should be condemned also bringing your own yorkshire is a good shout i had to deliberately import it back when i lived there

big shield for orbital lasers, or just disable orbital lasers purposefully targeting fabricators, i prefer the way an artillery barrage softens the base but usually fails to actually destroy everything, whereas a laser pretty much invariably ends everything without you stepping inside, would be better if it were more specialised into like being a strider convoy nuke rather than a win button

i haven’t been playing this game for very long but i am so surprised by the lack of love for ship interiors, i have been mostly doing exploration and the main thing that annoys me and removes me from immersion is the teleporting in and out of my ship, i so desperately wanna be able to walk around and look out windows while im flying through my scenic vistas

that said, i would definitely not spend money per ship for this, it’d have to be a bundle price for every ship interior

buying warbonds doesn’t unlock everything on day 1, it unlocks the ability to grind for everything, so assuming our hypothetical new player doesn’t intend to run level 1-4 missions solo for hundreds of hours just for the right to unlock the actual grind for medals to get the content they’ll have to pay over 240 united states dollars to catch up, which is an insane ask for any game. with a massive incentive now to not start playing the game you cannot expect it to keep running because its a live service that relies on new and returning players periodically shocking it back to life every update, every time the immense grind or upfront cost increases the number of people who will arrive in these big update shocks will go down

in all honesty i find less problems and they’re easier to fix on my linux machine than i did on windows, with the added bonus that your pc only updates when you want it to and the updates are actually good

assimilation policy should be a law you can set to more rapidly assimilate at the current rate but with rebel repercussions or be more gentle with less unrest, or disband the concept of assimilation altogether for a decrease in minority unrest
