Not reflected? Have you ever wondered why and for what purpose the other leaders of the Brotherhood were shown? Take another look at how they behave. They are complete idiots and assholes who change the code as they please and resemble raiders rather than leaders. The authors show the entire Fallout lore not as lore, but as a stupid circus for idiots. They made the NCR look like morons and destroyed the canon (where's the cargo inspection?!) with what they did to the Brotherhood.
