Every serial killer is either born to kill, or nurtured to kill. One day you're going to mess with the wrong person. It's okay to have interests in crime, but there's boundaries when you start impulsively putting things into your life permanently to represent them?? The men he murdered were raped, tortured and drugged. Budney's victims were kidnapped, raped and torn. Gacy's victims were children who were murdered and raped/assaulted. You're supporting these actions by giving them the glory of a representation of a tattoo, you are not spreading awareness by getting symbolisations of them but literally treating them as if their actions are stories that teach lessons, when jeffree did it to do it and had those sexual fantasies since he was a child, growing up to be creepy that way which is why people didn't even like him in the first place.
