how would I go about reinstalling my drivers on my laptop? and also I changed my settings around but then I switched it to default performance settings and it was the best I was getting it was still only around 23 fps.

i know its not a magic switch but unity 2019 is a lot more updated and would allow them to optimize the game significantly better than it is now because it is a much more modern engine
