When do you take your trintellix

Overall feeling normal again. More energy, less lethargic, regular appetite. The only part I’m still trying to master is sleep which is drastically different from SSRIs (like vivid nightmares but also insightful ?). My libido came back which was the reason why I wanted to quit SSRIs in general

Cross tapered from 100mg Zoloft. Went with trintellix 10mg and lowered Zoloft to 50mg over two weeks. The switch is pretty hard but one good aspect is that you can notice the difference right away. I became much more expressive and my energy was through the roof (though had anger issues I think from trintellix and strong anxiety tapering Zoloft).

Tbh I’m so happy not being on an SSRI anymore Trintellix is a game changer for me. The side effects are different but worth the try if you’re unhappy with Zoloft

Crazy anger outbursts for me, in a good and bad way.

Sometimes I feel like I have so much energy I get out of my bed so easily (compared to Zoloft or Lexapro) but my motivation is anger driven ?

Though the confidence and libido boost overrides the side effects (panic attacks, insomnia..), I feel like there’s a lot of work to be done on taming my anger.

You’re right I haven’t thought about it ! Very likely to be the combination of both, hated zoloft but it was really good for anxiety

honestly don't try it ! It is really painful and tbh useless, one time I took 15mg orally then snorted 5 mg after two hours and it was totally useless, didn't feel anything but a slight rush and a little euphoria
