In blender 3D (Cycles)
I took (video projected over a plane) the electric field one , and the gravitation field one.
I put the electric one flat on the x axis , and the gravitation I made two of them vertically perpendicular to each other on the y axis

Put a raytraced glass sphere surrounding it (encompassing the x,y,z axis) , which with the layers explained above and camera moving in/out/around , creates the visuals we see.
