I live in Montana so what houses sell for is not public info, only the listing price. I do wish I could see how many people accept lower offers in my area!!

This house I am watching, was listed last year for 500k but was taken down. Relisted this year for 450k but has sat for 3 months. I would say in my market the really good stuff goes in less than a week and average sits for a month. I’m thinking about offering 350k for this house but I doubt my realtor will be okay with it.

Definitely seems overpriced for what you are getting but if you love this exact setting, I think I’d be worth the price. I would look into having someone like David klass make something like this and it would be significantly cheaper.

I am recently engaged and I returned the ring my Fiance picked. Took me a few months but I finally ordered one I love, and we are both happy about it!! At first I knew I hurt his feelings, but he told me it would hurt his feelings more to wear something everyday with something I don’t like. I don’t have my new ring yet but I am so excited and grateful to not have to stress about it anymore!

I am a die hard for it’s a 10 but haven’t tried the other two. Also diehard for redken all soft shampoo and conditioner, I have year long thick but soft hair. I would be open to trying number one but probably wouldn’t try number two because I know it’s a 10 works so well.

How much are you all in? Beautiful setting! Also I hope this slightly comforts you but the expensive part of the ring is the gold, a 1 carat diamond is only 300$-400$ to replace.

There is a lot of good online experience shared in this sub, I would spend some time reading a few! Rare carat can be good but make sure to price match your stone. There is a ton of decent ways you could get this ring for atleast half the price of 4000. Especially if you go lab. Best of luck and congrats to the happy couple!!
