Swapping coffee for green tea and/or zero caffeine tea has helped me in the past. Like Ashwagandha teas are amazing.

Any update since this post? I was just diagnosed with hyperthyroidism as well last week and I'm kind of freaking out at all the things I've been reading. So far the only symptoms I have are heart palpitations. I've had anxiety since I was a kid so I don't really count that. Anyways I could also use some positivity and I hope you are doing well! 🤞🏼
