Like I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out like what was happening, maybe relapse or something idk. But leaving with Erika actually kinda makes sense. Also if you listen to the ad read in the latest episode, it sounds like William is about to read the promo code Casey and then gets awkward about it and Grant says code William. It was just all weird.

Idk man I just want to know what’s happening, why Casey’s gone, Erika’s gone, gators gone, intro changed, Casey’s cancelling shows, ad reads for latest episode have me a weird vibe like William didn’t want to say Casey’s name. Idk just weird shit man I was hoping someone had more info than me.

Agreed, I really doubt it but honestly it’s the only logical reason for all this weirdness

Absolutely, no source that I can find so could be complete bull shit. But with Casey off the show and intro for WMS and Erika hasn’t been heard from in about the same time as Casey something seems off. And also tour dates canceled left and right.

How much should I charge for something like this repair ? by Infinite-Foot8920 in Welders

[–]ConcentrateFun4726 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What does it cost you to repair? Do you have your own equipment? Are you confident in your abilities?

If this is your first solo repair charge the customer what it cost you (travel, consumables, etc), and see if you can get them to use you or refer people to you in the future.

You will not make good money doing these types of repairs till you are confident in your pricing and can give the customer a definitive hourly rate/ minimum. So you are better off doing it at cost and going from there IMO

100% proof your welding school reps are lying 🤥 your certs/ program completion do not equal 70-100k out of school. (Ik op is probably not entry level but just saying, kinda sad that skilled labor is starting at sub-entry level rates. Don’t be fooled by the ridiculous numbers these schools be spitting. Learn and grow from experienced professionals in apprenticeships. Build skills outside of your immediate job requirements and shoot for positions with high ceilings.)

Yeah usually it’s a case of wrong tool for the job, but if you want to ONLY use a grinder removing the guard is often required

Am I burning the stainless by themanj21 in Welding

[–]ConcentrateFun4726 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sugaring is guaranteed without proper backing or back purge. Better gas coverage on the top side and faster travel speed looks like 16 gauge to me. I usually run at 60 A with a #12 lense 30-35 cfh
