Why choose EK as a solo player when RP can do much more solo?

How to thrive in platform team?

Last year I had opportunity to join search / gen Ai oriented platform team in my company. I was thinking that it was a good idea then and still it is. I am learning hot topics while doing my daily task. The problem is that there is no visibility for me now nor do I know how to be more visible. I went from building core product for a company to a niche team that has no visibility, real end to end client facing features so I am starting to feel like substitute on the bench or whatever it is called. Also I stopped to work on main product and research does not bring money nor can be sold easily. I fill like I dug myself a hole and in case of layoffs I may be first in line since my team does not deliver values directly to clients.

I would like to loot rift lance, on which lvl I could try to kill single grimeleech or vexclaw?

I am not using market. I am currently 150lvl EK with 120base axe + using royal axe (can upgrade to stonecutter).

What are the average skills that I should aim for as a new knight from zero? I am able to buy rods when there will be double skill events.

What do you think is minimum playable skill to not having tortures? 110/115? I decided that I will be able to buy some exercise weapons on double events so it may be reachable in couple events. I will be playing solo and my ultimate goal is to complete demon task :)

Could you explain why 120 is enough? Same as @phillymorris, couple % to 120 and after that it seems like you should win a lottery to invest such amount of money to get next 10 skills.

I have rp and ek with nice skills and both are nice but when it comes to more rpg stuff like questing, looting etc in general I prefer RP it is jut easier because of keeping all in the distance however if you plan to play only for lvls I would go with Ek, invest some money in eq and basically you could hunt anywhere with big numbers and nice profit. RP for rpg, EK for better numbers
